J’ai un dolibarr 12.0.3 en production depuis 3 ans.
Depuis quelques semaines, quand on clique sur l’onglet module, c’est une page blanche qui s’affiche.
rien à été fait avant (pas de mise à jour…).
j’ai changé la version PHP (plusieurs différentes) pour tester mais c’est toujours pareil.
Avez-vous une idée svp ?
PS : je suis novice en dolibarr !

Dolibarr hébergé local ou distant ?
Si distant chez quel prestataire. Si local, quel système ? Windows, Linux ?

Page blanche = erreur PHP, il faudrait voir dans les logs du serveur (distant ou local ?)
Attention Dolibarr v12 n’est pas compatible PHP V8, au cas où

Sur un hébergement distant, l’accès aux logs serveur dépend de l’interface mise à disposition par l’hébergeur et de ce qu’il a laissé accessible ou pas
Il faut voir avec l’hébergeur, les logs serveur étant « hors » Dolibarr

ah je pensais que c’était dans Dolibarr.
je vais voir, je suis chez O2SWITCH qui propose le cPanel.
je ne trouve nulle part…

Je ne connais pas sur O2SWITCH mais sur le CPANEL que j’ai chez LWS, l’accès aux logs d’erreur Apache se trouve dans le panneau Mesures : voir l’icône Erreurs
Pour les erreurs Php, il faut activer le display_errors dans la config de sélection de PhP (panneau Logiciel) et après je les retrouve via le gestionnaire de fichiers dans le dossier public_html
Cela doit être relativement identique chez O2SWITCH mais le plus simple est effectivement de leur demander

Regarder ici peut-être Déboguer une page blanche ou une erreur 500

Avez-vous pu activer l’afficahge des erreurs de votre dolibarr en passant main_prod à 0 dans conf/conf.php et si besoin en modifiant display_errors depuis php (depuis cpanel).
Vous devriez avoir un message d’erreur qui s’affiche à la place de la page blanche. Quel est-il ?
