Salut Yfadi,

il s’agit apparemment d’un problème avec un module tiers acheté sur le dolistore -> dans ce cas il faut voir avec le développeur en question.

C’est une restriction de votre configuration php, open_basedir ne permet pas d’acceder au fichier.
Votre Doli est hebergé ou ?
