In Dolibarr Version 2.5, is it possible to add a new Left menu to Accountancy Menu of Dolibarr and how?

No sorry. For the moment adding menus BY A MODULE on left is possible in you use also a new top menu.
But it is always possible to add entries in menu for the menu editor in config page
