I created a product I buy from a supplier (first material).
On status: I can only choose between ‹ On sale › or ‹ Out of sell ›.
But I do not sell this product because I use it for product manufacturing. How could I declare another status such as ‹ Not salable ›?

You can use « out of sell ». It’s a translation of « hors vente », and « hors vente » could also mean « not salable ».
I would also like, for my part, another status, like « obsolete product ».

« hors vente » means simply that the product is not on sale.
